Hey Fans!

So I’ve been checking the official blog for Restaurant City, and it seems that the guys who are behind the scenes are working for something which is going to be very interesting for all of the players! The creators, designers, programmers and everyone who has been working on the game went on a trip to Europe. They will be visiting a number of countries in Europe and cities as well, to inspire the game with new (yep yep) with new items, quests, and much more.

The trip started off to Venice, in Italy.. which is a really beautiful city (a friend of mine went there on a vacation, she said it was amazing!). As we all know, Italy is well known for their Pizza, that magic recipe started from there, and then the rest of the world started copying them. So, the guys behind the scenes decided to add a Pizzeria Restaurant. Made of many recipes, starting from Pizzeria Vegetariana which you need to master before being able to hop to other menu items.

Their second stop was in Spain. Now, I know you all will be thinking of what would they add to the menu? Well, more Pizza recipes! Two new Pizzeria recipes were added since the guys arrived to Spain, which you can unlock just after you’re done with the first recipe on the menu – Pizzeria Vegetariana. Additionally, there are two new items that you can acquire, firstly it’s the all-new Melting Pocketwatch Stove, which is just like the original stove with a 22% speed boost (than normal stoves). In addition to that, there are three new figurines that you will absolutely love, Pedro the Catapult, Xabier, and Raquel the Swift. (I know I know, you just love the names, don’t you?).

The final stop was in Ireland, inspiring the game with some new themes and tokens as well, for the countries they have visited (Spain, Italy and Ireland). This is indeed very cool for all of you who have been waiting for something like that. But that’s not all, new challenges are also added (themed after the countries) . The new tokens are named Serrano Ham Display and a very cool Irish Stew Stove which is 7% faster. Another Irish item that was added is the Irish Lounge Bar, which will be available in shops this Saturday.

Now, we don’t know where this trip is going to stop at, but so far so good, it looks like the game designers are up to doing some REALLY interesting updates to our all loved games, Restaurant City!
