There are many different ways to get ingredients in Restaurant City, one well known method is buying daily ingredients from the market directly. But, there are other ways that are not known by most of the players, which include:

• Taking the daily food quiz. After you answer your daily food question correctly, you’ll get an ingredient gift. We have compiled a list of answers for the quiz, you can view it by going to our Restaurant City Daily Food Quiz Answers post.
• Trading ingredients with your friends. After visiting the street, you will be able to visit other restaurants that are owned by your friends on Facebook. You can also visit the inside of their restaurants to see what ingredients are available for trade.
• By default, you’ll get a new ingredient the first time you visit any of your friends’ restaurants. The tick here is having a lot of friends on your Facebook account, and that can be done by going to the game’s Facebook fan page, and asking for it! There are literally thousands and thousands of players who are looking to become “temporary friends” with other players so they can have these benefits.
